The Process

Warren's Construction prides themselves on a well-planned and organized process of making your dreams a reality. We carefully monitor your project to ensure that we are on/under budget in order to exceed your expectations. It is Warren's Construction's goal to build trusting and  long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service.

The following are Warren's Constuction's basic methods used in executing your building plans from start to finish:

Step 1.  Acquiring a home site

Finding a home site is not only finding property you desire, it is also careful consideration of the lay of the land, setbacks, neighorhood restrictions, home restrictions and county/city ordinances.

Step 2. Designing Home site

Once a home site has been acquired, designing begins. If you do not have plans, we have architects and designers that are up to date on all building designs and will happily work with you to meet your needs.  A retainer will then be required in order to develop a set of conceptual plans.  If you have plans already, we will work with you to revise them if you desire.

Step 3. Contract

Once plans have been finalized, we will prepare a detailed price list and contract proposal for your project. All these documents will be provided to you and your lending group if one is being used.  Once all documents have been approved, then the building can begin.

Step 4.  Construction of Your Dream Home

Warren's Construction will be involved during the process of building your home and will also document scheduling, job costs and change orders. We will work together with our suppliers and sub-contractors so that the construction process runs smoothly and in a timely fashion. Monitoring and documenting construction costs during the construction process will help ensure that we stay within budget. All change order work will not be performed until change order proposals have been approved.

Step 5.  Final/Closing

Once final inspections have been completed, we will obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. We will schedule a final walk though with you to make sure evrything is done to your satisfaction. We provide a two year warranty on mechanical systems and a five year warranty on the structure.

You can expect the same customer service after the build as you did during the build.
